It is the policy of Abbey Primary that all children from nursery to Year 6 should wear school uniform. This is based on the principle that school uniform develops a sense of community and belonging to our school. Please note, our Uniform Policy has now been agreed by our Governors.

Expectation for School Uniform

• Blue knitted V-neck jumper/cardigan with embroidered school logo
• Classic white polo shirt with or without the school logo
• Winterbottom blue tartan skirt/pinafore or a plain grey skirt/pinafore tailored trousers/short
• Royal/Gold striped tie (Year 6)
• Children may wear blue cheque summer dresses during the Summer Term and September
• Black shoes and plain trainers
• Abbey blue or coloured house tops with or without the school logo on PE days
• Plain black/royal blue PE shorts/trousers with a plain royal blue top with or without the school logo
