Here at Abbey Breakfast and After School Club we provide quality childcare before and after school. We aim to provide a safe place for children to develop through play. To help develop our safe environment the children themselves helped to write the code of conduct for the club.

The Club has a wide variety of activities that the children can participate in. These include craft, role and imaginative play, board games, outdoor play, team games, a quiet area for reading and much more.

We have a great team of staff who are all first aid trained and food hygiene qualified - Donna Wilson-Marlow (Co-ordinator), Frankie Wilson (Playworker) and Karen Murphy (Playworker).

Regular Booking

Whilst we are keen to be able to accommodate all requests for children to attend Breakfast/After School Club, we would prefer if parents were to make an advance booking by email (please note that Nursery places are limited because of strict number ratios). If as a regular user of Breakfast/Afterschool Club, you wish to amend your regular booking you will need to contact the school office to advise us of the amendment. Do please note that we must receive TWO WEEKS notice of any proposed amendment.

Should parents make an advance booking for Breakfast/After School Club and not subsequently use that place, you will still need to pay for the session and a refund will not be provided.  This is because the space will have been reserved for you and does not allow us to offer it to another child.

 

Adhoc Booking

if you have any urgent need to book your child into Breakfast/ Afterschool Club, you can register your child on the day, up to 2 hours before the school finishes, via Arbor. You will be required by Arbor when booking to make payment to confirm your child’s place.

Costs

• If a child attends Breakfast Club from 7.30am they will receive breakfast at a total cost of £6.50 per morning
• If a child attends Breakfast Club from 8.00am they will NOT receive breakfast and the cost will be £3.50 per morning

After School Club sessions:

• Any child who attends for the "Golden Hour" until 4.15pm will incur a charge of £6.00 per session (Please note that late collection from Golden Hour will incur a full session charge).
• If a child attends until 5.30pm then the cost will be £13.00 per session and until 6.00pm £16.00 per session
