Haiti Appeal Thanks to your generosity we raised £379.35 for the Haiti earthquake appeal.
Early years Foundation Stage A massive thank you to our EYFS staff for organising some wonderful events to raise money for the farm visit to the nursery and the reception class visit to Bocketts Farm! In total they raised £804.99!!!!1
Mini Pots of care Your child will now have brought their daffodil that they planted earlier on in the year. We are very grateful for all your help supporting this hugely worthwhile charity. We managed to raise £2148 in total - a magnificent effort.
Christmas Charity - Get Kids Going! Thanks to your very generous donations at the end of our Christmas concerts, we have raised an amazing £433.76 to help disabled youngsters participate in sports and therefore have the same entitlement as the able bodied.
Christmas Fayre What a turn out for our Christmas Fayre. Thanks to your support we raised £9991.51, which will go towards books for our library.
Children in Need Children in the nursery and reception classes raised £139.55 for Children in Need recently. A big thank you from all the nursery and reception staff.
Genes for Jeans Day In October we took part in the Jeans for Genes mufti day. The children were invited to throw out the usual dress rules and jump into their jeans or anything they have that is denim! They were asked to pay a £1 for the privilege and as a school we raised £238.70 which goes towards genetic research.
Fundraising WOW! We made £248.65 on our recent famous people mufti day. Our overall fundraising total for the Spring term was £2,144.07 with a previous total of £2,529.69 paid into the fund for our community library. Thanks to your generosity at the book fair we took orders to the value of £1034 giving us a commission to be taken in books of £560.
Fundraising All the money that your raise for us through events and mufti days is being saved up to go towards turning one of our classrooms into a library, which will be used by our children and parents.

PA Football Club On the 20th September, some children had lots of fun playing football. Each child paid an amount to join and £3 pound of their entry went towards school funds. They raised £159.
Mufti Day The final mufti day of the year, the children were able to dress up in their own clothes and we raised £274.06.
Book Fair Once again the Book Fair came to visit us. All the children were given the opportunity to go and have a look at the type of books that were being sold. They then went back with their parents or at lunch time to buy their books. It is great seeing the children so excited about getting new books. We raised £513.21.
Mufti Day The children love Mufti Day. Our first half Summer term mufti was famous people. We had some fantastic costumes and raised a total of £257.85.
Easter Raffle A big thank you to all of you who sent in Easter Eggs for our Easter raffle. The children really enjoy buying their raffle tickets and seeing who the lucky recipients of the eggs are. We raised £92.52 this year.
Red Nose Day We raised a total of £290 for Red Nose Day this year. Well done to everyone who came into school dressed up and contributed their £1.
Spring Disco The children really enjoyed our Spring disco at the end of term. They had a great time dancing to the fantastic music with their friends. We raised a massive £827 from this event and would like to say a huge thank you to all the parents who helped out.
Mufti Day We had another Mufti Day in the Spring term. This one was 'Silly socks', the children had a great day comparing their funky socks and tights! We raised a total of £244.
Sports for Schools James Ellington, medal winning 100m sprinter came into school on Friday 2nd February. He worked with all the children from Reception to Year 6 to complete 4 sets of exercises. We raised kept 60% of the money which was £676 with the other 40% going to the Sports for Schools charity.
Mufti Day Our Mufti Day in the Spring term was for the teachers to dress up as children and the children to dress up as teachers. Everyone looked fantastic, especially our Early Years team as you can see below. We raised £296.45 which will go towards buying interactive whiteboards in Year 1 and Reception.
Christmas Concerts We raised an amazing £542.59 for the Royal Marsden Cancer Care Charity at our Christmas performances. Thank you so much for giving so generously. The children received a certificate from the Royal Marsden as a thank you. It is displayed outside the office.
Disco The children all really enjoyed our Winter Disco this year and we raised a massive £652.67 from this event. We would like to say a massive thank you to those parents who helped us organise it and those who came in on the day and helped out.
Secret Santa We raised £228.42 at our Secret Santa event. Thanks to all our willing mums who gave up their time to support us in buying gifts, wrapping them and running the event. We really hope you all enjoyed your presents!
